Exercise Instructions:

  • Adjust seat so knees slightly bent when pedaling.
  • Press Select → Program →Level à  ▲UP / ▼DOWN à Enter to choose resistance.
  • Lean slightly forward, hold handlebars, elbows relaxed.
  • Fasten foot straps snugly, not too tight or loose

Exercise:

  • Start slowly, then increase speed gradually.
  • Slow down gradually before stopping.

BASIC BUTTONS

  • START / RESET: Start or reset
  • SCAN: View data
  • SELECT: Choose program
  • ENTER: Confirm
  • UP / DOWN: Increase or decrease speed, level
