Exercise Instructions:
- Adjust seat so knees slightly bent when pedaling.
- Press Select → Program →Level à ▲UP / ▼DOWN à Enter to choose resistance.
- Lean slightly forward, hold handlebars, elbows relaxed.
- Fasten foot straps snugly, not too tight or loose
Exercise:
- Start slowly, then increase speed gradually.
- Slow down gradually before stopping.
BASIC BUTTONS
- START / RESET: Start or reset
- SCAN: View data
- SELECT: Choose program
- ENTER: Confirm
- UP / DOWN: Increase or decrease speed, level
