Exercise Instructions:

1. Adjust seat so knees slightly bent when pedaling.

2. Press Select → Program →Level à  ▲UP / ▼DOWN à Enter to choose resistance.

3. Lean slightly forward, hold handlebars, elbows relaxed.

4. Fasten foot straps snugly, not too tight or loose.

Exercise:

1. Start slowly, then increase speed gradually.

2. Slow down gradually before stopping.

BASIC BUTTONS

1. START / RESET: Start or reset

2. SCAN: View data

3. SELECT: Choose program

4. ENTER: Confirm

5. UP / DOWN: Increase or decrease speed, level
