STEPS:
1. Stand on side rails, attach safety key.
2. Adjust incline by pressing Incline.
3. Press Start, wait for 3 seconds. Step onto the belt when the speed reaches about 1 km/h.
4. Hold handrails for balance and start running.
5. Use Speed + / - to adjust pace.
6. Note: Gradually slow down for 5 minutes before stopping. Press Stop or pull the emergency key in case of emergency.
