CABLE MACHINE INSTRUCTION
SETUP
- Adjust pulley height and select suitable weight.
- Attach the correct handle for your exercise.
- Stand or sit in a stable position.
EXERCISE OPTIONS
- Chest : Pulley at shoulder height, bring both handles together in front of your chest.
- Lat Pull: Pulley at top, pull handle down to chest.
- Triceps Pushdown: Pulley at top, push handle downward.
- Biceps Curl: Pulley low, curl handle upward.
- Leg Kickback: Attach ankle strap, pull leg backward.
Note:
- Keep back straight, avoid jerking motion.
- Control both pulling and returning movement.
- Adjust weight gradually to avoid injury.
