CABLE MACHINE INSTRUCTION

SETUP

  • Adjust pulley height and select suitable weight.
  • Attach the correct handle for your exercise.
  • Stand or sit in a stable position.

EXERCISE OPTIONS

  • Chest : Pulley at shoulder height, bring both handles together in front of your chest.
  • Lat Pull: Pulley at top, pull handle down to chest.
  • Triceps Pushdown: Pulley at top, push handle downward.
  • Biceps Curl: Pulley low, curl handle upward.
  • Leg Kickback: Attach ankle strap, pull leg backward.

Note:

  • Keep back straight, avoid jerking motion.
  • Control both pulling and returning movement.
  • Adjust weight gradually to avoid injury.
